Hi, I'm Nisha.
GTM Ops leader

GTM & RevOps leader.
People developer & facilitator.
Technology amplifies people. People change the world.
I'm known for making the improbable → done. The how has been flexible—Chief of Staff, GTM strategy, RevOps, business operations, consulting, teaching—but the why is simple: technology amplifies people; people change the world.
My career has been a deliberate arc from education to technology. I started in a Teach For America classroom in Charlotte, teaching nine-year-olds from one of the largest refugee resettlement communities in the country. From there: Education Pioneers, consulting at ERS, and building and scaling go-to-market operations at Salesforce and LinkedIn—including the operating model behind a global segment that grew from $800M to $3.6B.
Today, I take on select fractional Chief of Staff and GTM/RevOps engagements, and I'm open to the right full-time leadership opportunity. I'm at my best when I'm shortening the distance between decision and execution—and creating the conditions for people and organizations to grow.
